Is it healthy to eating too healthily?

Many people want to eat with a healthy diet especially women, however they don’t realize that if they got a diet exceed our body’s bearing capacity they absolutely will get ill.

There is a proper noun for those who eats too healthily, orthorexia. Zoe who is 17 now, has been orthorexia for a year. She got a healthy diet cause her mother wanted she went in for modeling. Zoe just became a vegetarian at the beginning. While little by little, Zoe not only gave up all the meet but set even stricter limits: no salt no sugar and no processed. After then Zoe started keeping losing weight and found herself unhealthy with frequent bouts.

How can we eat healthily and keep orthorexia away? We must differ eating healthily and being orthorexia. We always go on a diet for losing weigh in a short term and we eat food low in fat or calories to get rid of extra fat. However orthorexic will hold the view that :”I won’t take this cause I think it’s unhealthy. Or I believe that it must have a lot of addictives which definitely kills me!” Us teenagers should eat a balance diet with three groups of food: meat and dairy, grains, and fruits and vegetables. We ought to take something in our diet which has the same vitamins with the food we give up, that makes sure we will not be lacking in some kind of vitamins and won’t get ill.

So the most important thing is: Whatever kind of diet you will go on, don’t make yourself uncomfortable, don’t limit any food by design. So that’s the key to eat tight for better health.
